Job Description

We're seeking a Temporary Operations Services Specialist I or II to support account processing, member services, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and post office runs
  • Process member transactions: deposits, IRAs, trusts, account updates
  • Maintain dormant/inactive/deceased accounts
  • Scan and archive documents per retention policies
  • Research and resolve account issues, wire transfers, and verifications
  • Process levies, subpoenas, and wire transfers
  • Respond to member and third-party inquiries

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 1+ year experience in banking, call center, or sales
  • Experience with deposit/trust accounts, IRAs, and wire transfers
